Probably a bat because it has the advantage of flight something a skunk cant do. And yes although the skunk can shoot its gas all the bad has to do is avoid it right? But bats don't sense gas they sense sound since they don't have good vision. But they can sense heat and since a skunks defense is a huge pile of heat it can steer clear and beat the skunk.
