For this case we can use the following trigonometric relationship:
 tan (x) = C.O / C.A
 Where,
 x: angle (elevation of the sun)
 C.O: opposite leg (height of the tower)
 C.A: Adjacent Leg (shadow of the tower)
 Clearing we have:
 C.O = C.A * tan (x)
 Substituting values:
 h = 60 * tan (65)
 h = 128.67 feet
