Gamma radiation has the greatest penetrating power. Gamma Radiation can only be absorbed by a thick lead plate. Gamma will pass through 6 feet for steel-lined concrete and can give a lethal dose in as little as 20 minutes. Gamma rays are the most penetrating, being able to travel through a few meters of lead.
