I think it is supposed to be set up in y=mx+b form so it should have been y=2/3x-5.... but the slope would be 2/3

Answer:

Slope = -5

Step-by-step explanation:

the slope of the line represented by the equation y=2/3-5x

[tex]y=\frac{2}{3} -5x[/tex]

To find slope of a line we use equation y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

lets write the equation in the form of y=mx+b

[tex]y=-5x+\frac{2}{3}[/tex]

the number before x is the slope

so Slope = -5
