 [tex]y - 2 = 2 (x + 2) [/tex]
 Rewriting we have:
 [tex]y - 2 = 2x + 4 y = 2x + 4 + 2 y = 2x + 6[/tex]
 We observe that the linear function has:
 Positive slope and equal to 2.
 Intersection with the axis y equal to 6.
