y=7/9x+15 so slope = 7/9

perpendicular line, slope is opposite and reciprocal
so slope of of a line perpendicular to line  = -9/7

passing point  (-1,2)y - 2 = -9/7(x + 1)y - 2 = -9/7 x - 9/7

y = - 9/7 x + 5/7

Answery = - 9/7 x + 5/7
