we have given that volume of cube is 216 cm^3.

we know that cube will have 6 surfaces.

before that we need to know what is edge of a cube from volume.

[tex] volume=a^3=216 [/tex].

a[tex] a=6cm. [/tex].

now we know that edge is 6cm .

we need to find surface area of cube to cover paper of minimum area.

[tex] surface area=6a^2=6*(6)^2=216 cm^2 [/tex]
