Its official languages are Spanish (spoken by about 80% of the population, mostly in urban areas), Quechua, the language spoken by Incas, (spoken by about  13% of the population, mostly in The Andes area), and Aymara (spoken  by about 2% of the population, mostly in the Titicaca Lake Region).
