Vienna Congress was an important meeting that took place in 1814-1815 when European ambassadors gather to negotiate. The main goal of the Congress of Vienna was to establish a new political and legal order for European nations after the Napoleonic War. Since nations had different goals in the settlement, we cannot affirm which country was the winner. However, in terms of territory, the countries of Prussia, Russia and Austria had major territorial gains.
