8 minutes for 10 problems

We want to find the unit rate.
Basically, how long does it take to do just 1 problem?

Divide each number by 10.

8/10 minute for 1 problem

This could simplify to 4/5 because both the top and bottom are divisible by 2, but since 8/10 is one of the answers, pick that.
