Answer: It may or may not.

Explanation: They might not even know how to use some of their technology from their time period so lets say if they went 50 years in time then they probably will be clue less to what they find and won't understand it like flying cars. What they should do is list a bunch of technologic outbreaks like Ben Franklin and the kit or the first airplane then go to present then future.
