Absolute value is simply the non-negative version of the number regardless of its symbol

So for the absolute value of 20? the answer is just 20.

For reference, the absolute value of -20 is also just 20.

Hope the explanation helps :)

Answer:

20

Step-by-step explanation: The absolute value is the distance from zero. Meaning, the absolute value always has to be positive. if you had |-20|, the absolute value would be 20 because from zero, the distance is 20.
