Why were there growing tentions between the romans and the early christians

Because the Early Christians Refused to worship the Romans God.
Back then, the Romans believe that worshiping the statue of Roman Gods will bring positive impact to their country . But the Christians were refused to do this since it's banned by their bible because it's deemed as a huge sins. This Create tensions between two Groups
