the working conditions of children during the industrial revolution were cause for major uproar and child labor arguments. they were forced to work extremely long shifts with little to no pay in dangerous environments. they were given little to nothing to eat with no breaks and were basically work slaves. they were lucky to make enough money in a week to feed themselves/family.
