Describe the difference between primary and secondary alcohols.

There are three type of alcohol namely primary, secondary and tertiary alcohol. Primary alcohol is called as such since the OH group is attached to the first carbon in the chain. Secondary alcohol, on the other hand, is when the OH group is attached on the second carbon in the carbon chain.
