Liquefactive necrosis is produced when the tissues of the brain tissue dies. The brain tissue contains a lot of enzymes and little connective tissue. Coagulative  necrosis  is accidental in nature and occurs from ischemic injury in any tissue.

Caseous necrosis is associated to the damage of the lungs, for example damage of the lung tissue by tuberculosis.

Fat necrosis occurs as a result of the injury in the adipose tissue or fat cells.
