The sum of m and 3 can be written as: m + 3

The difference of m minus 3 can be written as: m - 3

The key is when the question says "divided by."  This means that "m + 3" is divided by "m - 3"

We can write this as: [tex]\frac{m+3}{m-3}[/tex]

Best of Luck!
