Relative speed = 90 feet/s- 60 feet/s 
=30 feet/s
Time to catch up= [tex] \frac{Distance}{speed} [/tex]
Time to catch up=[tex] \frac{120 feet}{30 feet/s} [/tex]
= 4 s
