A first person narrator is a character that is in the story that uses words such as “I”, “me”, “us”, and “we”. The storyteller in a first-person narrative is either the protagonist relaying their experiences or a peripheral character telling the protagonist's story.
A third person limited narrater is someone outside of the story that is only limited to one characters point of view.
