How would you differentiate between anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and binge eating disorder?

Anorexia nervosa is more like nit picking at food, not eating. While bulimia is eating and then making yourself throw up which can cause permanent damage. Binge eating disorder is eating an extra amount of food used for coping or you do it because of a mental illness‍♀️
