we know that

the equation of the line in the slope-intercept form is equal to

[tex]y=mx+b[/tex]

where

m is the slope of the line

b is the y-intercept of the line (the value of y when the value of x is equal to zero)

we have

[tex]y=-\frac{2}{3}-5x[/tex]

In this problem

[tex]b=-\frac{2}{3} \\\\ m=-5[/tex]

therefore
