Cells need insulin to make glucose. If your body doesn’t make enough insulin or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes the glucose can’t get into them and you have little to no energy… meaning this makes you hungrier and more tired than usual..

Insulin is for high blood pressure and for low you need some sort of sweet so you can manage to be on the right level not to high not to low one of the symptoms might be dizziness.
