let the greater number be x and smaller number be y.

it is given that x = 3y.

it is also given that 4y + 5x = 133.

=> 4y + 5 * 3y = 133.

=> 4y + 15y = 133

=> 19y = 133

=> y = 7

then, x = 3y = 3 * 7 = 21.
