Explanation:

The main figure of speech in death be not proud by John Donne is the modelor symbol. Death is given negative human traits :pride mainly, but also pretence and inferiority. Death is compared to sleep, a common place image.

Our best men and women get death very soon .Their bones get their rest and their soul gets freedom.

Death can't operate at its own level so , death should not feel proud of its power.
