So, there are 52 cards in the deck, with half of them being black cards.
So, the probability of drawing a black card is 1/2

Since you have replaced the card after drawing it, the total number of cards is still 52. There are only 4 10s in a deck, so the probability of drawing a 10 is 4/52 = 1/13

Now, if we want both of these to happen, we have to multiply them together, and so the answer is:
1/2 x 1/13 = 1/26. which is approximately equal to 0.03846
