COMPLETELY FACTORIZE THIS.

I think it is not possible to solve it......but there is an answer for this in the book and it says (4x + y )^2

please guide me how :)

That expression can't be factored further, the answer u found is wrong, expand the answer and u with find the parent equation 16x^2 +8xy+y^2.
