The unit rate in cups per teaspoon is 1/3

2/3 cup of sugar= 2 teaspoons

x= 1 teaspoon

cross multiply

2/3= 2x

2/3= 2x

x= 2/3 ÷ 2

x= 2/3 ×1/2

x= 1/3

Hence the unit rate in cups per teaspoon is 1/3
