FIRST you have to multiply. 15x4=60. All you need to do is add a zero to that product. You will get 600. Product means answer to a multiplication problem. That is why you would have to multiply to get your answer. Your answer to that part is 600. 15*40= 600. Then, you would do 45+15= 60. 600/60= 10. So, your answer is 10. Hope this helps you
