I think you mean "bricks". If so, that depends if you are even using bricks.
A 100-story building would likely rely on a combination of materials, including concrete or steel.
Bricks alone will not provide the necessary structural support for such a tall building. The weight of the bricks would exert a tremendous amount of stress on the lower levels, leading to structural failure.
