What term does the national council on aging use for people over the age of eighty-five?

The term used is "old-old".

The National Council on Aging which in short can be called NCOA, is a council for old people and serves as their supporter when dealing with those who make policies and provide services. This was started in 1950 and this was the first charitable organization in United States of America of its kind.
