Well, Mendeleev's Period Table is truly a genius discovery. Some say that he thought of it during his sleep.
It's also sometimes called a Periodic Table. Periodic Table helps to organize all of the elements based on their properties, and much more. It also includes a lot of important stuff, such as atomic masses.
