I think because, yet they are still young adults and more likely compared to a older man he drinks more than a 21 to 25 year old. When 21 to 25 year olds get drunk, especially for the first time, they get hypered and very mad, and very crazy.

I think they are most likely to get into a drunk-driving accident because at the age of 21 they are legally allowed to drink, and at the ages 21-25 they are still very young and do very stupid stuff.
