Oh my god, yes! It's an incredible book! I recommend not only reading the book but also checking out the 1983 film version of the book! It stars sweet actors like Matt Dillon and Ralph Macchio, and became a huge hit throughout the 1980s. Once you're finished with that book, I also recommend checking out some of Hinton's other novels, like my personal favorite That Was Then, This Is Now. Long story short, it's good and you should totally read it :)
