I believe the answer is; b. Avoidance-avoidance

in Avoidance-avoidance, both parties that involved in the conflict choose ran away from the situation or pretend that the conflict is never happened.
Since none of them are brave enough to confront this conflict, the conflict would never reach its resolution.
